Not religious but you're right. IIRC even other religions that aren't as focused on charity on average are far more charitable than atheists.
I don't think the people posting RETVRN memes are the same ones adopting children and leading happy fulfilling lives though.

I would tend to agree many are not fulfilling the lifestyle they try to project, but conversion is a constant lifelong process of aligning oneself to Christ. A decade ago I was living in my car/couchsurfing addicted to pills and booze.
If people here really think I'm larping I dunno what to say except that I think it's projection rooted in cynicism/lack of empathy for people who lead different lifestyles. I moved across the planet to take care of family and am bored when at home. In 2023 pretty much everyone is online a lot.
