First off, good luck finding a perfect saint political candidate.
Secondly, Jesus fricking loves sinners. Paul was a murderer. King David was an adulterer and a murderer. A common theme of the Bible is God perfectly using imperfect people.

Jesus (therefore, God) loves sinners who repent and come to him, loving sinners and preaching to sinners never, at any point in Christian history, meant approving the sin, this is like the redditors who argue that since Jesus hanged out with prostitutes, tax collectors, criminals, and Roman occupiers, therefore this means that he thought that s*x work is heckin cute and valid, and would have bought OnlyFans subscriptions and whatnot !christians!catholics
But le new testament is essentially a more hardcore hedge around the law. Jesus came to fulfill the law, not to abolish it.
The old law originally said that you can't commit adultery, but the new law is that even if you think about it then you've already committed adultery. Jesus never said that the original punishments were rescinded.
They just made it so you didn't have to cut your peeper and you get to eat bats and you don't have to slaughter animals every time you piss off God.
1. Disrespect towards God and the Church is not allowed here.
2. We honor the dignity of life from the womb to the tomb.
3. Debate about Scripture, tradition, politics, etc. are allowed when they do not directly contradict rule 1 (controversial history is an open topic when people are respectful).
4. Trolling, coomerisms, and poorly attempted humor may receive the mop at the discretion of those in charge.
5. Pray for your family, pray for your community, pray for your nation, and pray for rDrama.net. We need it! Prayer works!
