DPH is diphenyhydramine (benadryl) that sends you into psychosis and gives you dementia. It is inherently a dysphoric drug. Spiders, shadow people, feelings of doom and extreme paranoia accompany benadryl consumption in large amounts. Not to mention organ failure and empirical brain damage. Anti cholinergic
Admittedly a lot of cough syrup has benadryl but you can buy pure dextromethorphan pills online without any additives to make it as safe as possible
