Sucks to be uneducated. this is why I’m healthy and the rest of you probably aren’t. Your body literally fricking needs vitamins and cofactors to create every single neurotransmitter, which OP is DRAINED of. Most of those listed have a % daily value that the majority of people are deprived of and wonder why they have mental health issues. So sure, go to the hospital and get prescribed something that does jack shit and pay for useless medical advice i.e. “get some rest” or “don’t do that again”
