I actually didn’t start using anything until roughly a year ago; so if I didn’t start using until I was an adult, and I only take the gummies (so no smoke inhalation/exposure)…is there any other health risks that
has?

Memory loss and lowering of IQ is associated with longterm daily use. And while mild amounts are ok if you're consuming a lot in a short period it can put a strain on your liver. Also the classic risk of becoming a fat lazy frick.

Context
As long as you’re not getting really high all the time (which may or may not cause cognitive damage, I don’t know or care) you should be fine. I feel like taking it orally/medicinally is fine and frankly how it’s meant to be used.
