It's to separate your real info tied to the first BTC wallet from the second BTC account that I would assume is in a fake name. I transfer my real ID BTC wallet to Monero, then transfer to another Monero account, and then transfer to my fake ID BTC wallet.
I am not a drug dealer, but this is what was explained to me.
