The frick is hydromorphone? When I was a kid, there was three categories of drugs. The lower level was alcohol and weed. Most high schoolers had been drunk or stoned at some point. The next level of drugs was; shrooms, coke, and ecstacy. Some high schoolers have done one of them. Most never will. Then you got the junkie drugs; heroin, crack, and meth. Only kids with divorced parents did these. No one ever said "I want to be a junkie when I grow up."
That was it. There was only 8 drugs not including what was in your mom's purse, which honestly, wasn't a thing either. Definitely not like today.

Hydromorphone is dilaudid. One of the best opiates to shoot up, the rush is insane. However it fricks your tolerance up and you basically can't shoot up anything else for the rest of the day because you won't feel it
but the rush is THAT good to make it worth it
