When I say legalized I mean that there would be an entire legal framework that facilitates and regulates the production and sale of what are normally called "hard" drugs like meth, heroin, cocaine, ect. Feel free to discuss the pros and cons of doing so.

All opiates and opioids should be legal, but naloxone and other opioid antagonists should be illegal. The problem will sort itself out eventually.
