Ventura County Superior Court Judge David Worley ruled that Spejcher “had no control over her actions” when she entered into a psychotic episode and stabbed O'Melia, 26, repeatedly in his Thousand Oaks apartment on May 28, 2018. Experts for the prosecution and defense both found that the marijuana bong hit given to Spejcher threw the woman into the deadly psychotic episode. “From that point forward, she had no control over her actions,” Worley said, according to the outlet.

I've actually heard of this before. Not a stabbing but when I was a bunch of my friends were all smoking a homemade gravity bong (prolly like 5-6 guys) and one of the dudes hit it and started going ape shit. Like possessed by a demon it took multiple dudes to hold him down. Absolutely losing it. Anyway I figured it was because my friends were r-slurred and smoking out of like the cap for the 2 liter and inhaling a shit load of plastic and he was the last dude to hit it. who knows tho
