alcohol also damages the B vitamin complex especially 12, and I was a heavy drinker as well. That said I did away with the wippets for years and all that shit went away so I'm sure it's way worse for you than booze cuz u know a neighbor still drinkin !boozers !noalcohol

Alcohol can also be a cause of this because you're pissing out all your vitamins
so if you're dealing with neuropathy from vitamin deficiencies you shouldn't be drinking either.

yes thanks for restating my comment genius. I already said alcohol damages the B vitamin complex. nitrous especially deplete B-12 which can cause nerve damage which explains the numbness. ON TOP of that I was a heavy drinker as well which I also pointed out in that commen
Anyway point was that I cut out the wippits and still drink but all the other bad effects went away. Therefore N2O is probably worse for you than booze !boozers

No r-slur I already acknowledged all of the things you brought up in the comment you responded too. It isn't a touchy subject man I'm well aware of my shortcomings. My only point was that I never had numbness of the toes before I was doing wippets heavy and it went away after I stopped. The drinking remained the same. Therefore I conclude that nitrous is worse for you than booze.
