yea I would hit it thru my shirt but I think whatever that black grime is gets thru even that. idk but if u do it too frequently its super bad for you I can say that from experience. Not so much on the lungs mostly just the numbing in the toes and I had some weird grease like substance when I would take a dump lmao

alcohol also damages the B vitamin complex especially 12, and I was a heavy drinker as well. That said I did away with the wippets for years and all that shit went away so I'm sure it's way worse for you than booze cuz u know a neighbor still drinkin !boozers !noalcohol

Alcohol can also be a cause of this because you're pissing out all your vitamins
so if you're dealing with neuropathy from vitamin deficiencies you shouldn't be drinking either.

yes thanks for restating my comment genius. I already said alcohol damages the B vitamin complex. nitrous especially deplete B-12 which can cause nerve damage which explains the numbness. ON TOP of that I was a heavy drinker as well which I also pointed out in that commen
Anyway point was that I cut out the wippits and still drink but all the other bad effects went away. Therefore N2O is probably worse for you than booze !boozers
