I throw up violently if I have more than like 7mg in a 12 hour period which is probably why I haven't been very tempted to do it beyond trying it out every few years. If I stick to low enough doses it really is amazing and I fully understand why people get addicted to it.
I suspect I'm hypersensitive to opioids in general tho.
