I just mentioned this the other day in this hole, one time I railed some "adderall" that I really should have known was fake considering the circumstances under which I acquired it. Initially it was more or less indistinguishable from regular amphetamine (i.e. adderall) but I did enough that I was still tweaking the frick out over 24 hours later, which is not really something that happens with regular non-meth amphetamine.
I freaked out pretty bad and thought I was dying. I stopped doing hard drugs except in social situations not long after.
