can yall give me any advice on opiate withdrawal? I'm gonna start soon fr. I been on alcohol benzos opiates n weed. I've cut out the benzos. obv I smoke n drink everyday. so I'm not going through every wd at once. I'm done w benzos at least for now. so I'm just on about q half pint alc, 4 perc 10 (there rela), amd as much weed as my lungs can take. cut out all the benzos. justvwd from percs ivwanna stip doing them but mitigate opiate wd. still smoking gad. should I cut out alc while I'm at it?

well the reason im stopping oxy is bc im going to the military. ive been working out getting ready for the militarybbut ive been on oxy the whole time. when ibwork outbon oxy i can do more setsvand incan run longer. so ibdont think working out without the oxy sill help

Tbh, you wont make it in the military if this is how your mind works. Im not even trying to be mean, I just hope you can figure your shit out.
