How to stop yourself :marseycyanide: from redosing benzos

I ate all 90 pills :marseyjunkie2: in one night :marseysamfisher: by mistake :marseybikechainincident: (new doctor :marseydose: hooked me up with 90 pills :marseytedsimp: a month :marseypills: for anxiety). I don't even remember doing it. Now I need to wait until the 7th to get my refill. I want to make sure I don't redose next time but it seems to happen :marseyvenn6: automatically.
