Is ayahuasca worth the inconvenience of taking ayahuasca? :marseyyesandno:

So I was invited to go to an ayahuasca thing and I don't know what to do, mainly because it costs $200 and involves getting unconscionably high with a bunch of insufferable burner types when I could literally get mescaline out of my backyard.

Pros:

  • I'm curious, also why I'm asking because if I'm not new to this shit will it do anything novel for me or is it just DMT with worse side effects?

  • The girl who invited me has a senior role at a company where I wouldn't mind getting hired so maybe this is networking?

  • I'd be paying some fricking skinwaste to babysit and water me so I probably won't get dehydrated or disappoint my wife

  • Idk, novelty I guess

Cons:

  • Waste my weekend with disgusting wooks and wealthy pseudo-hippies

  • Purging :marseydizzy: I'm vv sensitive to raw/plant-based psychedelics and I will 💯 :marseypuke: and might also :marseydookie:

  • Decent chance It's functionally the same shit as any other source of dmt, but with more barf

  • I could spend the weekend backpacking instead

  • We're not even going to be outdoors, I think this is going down at some rich whore's beach house

Pros Again:

  • Chance to barf on the floor of some rich whore's beach house

What do?

I know some people who went to South America to take ayuhasca and they all came back -20 IQ. It's poison you're basically lobotomizing yourself for some stupid hallucinations. You could just take some rat poison for the same effect
