It was a real frickin bummer learning about Pompey's late history, defeated, fled, and then betrayed by those goddarn Egyptian. :marseydepressed:

Incidentally, the History :marseyww1british2: of Rome podcast by Mike Duncan from about 15 years ago is very good. Goes from Romulus through to the fall of the western :marseycowboy: empire. The whole thing is on youtube.
