>Do y'all ever send up a prayer to a diety from fiction? I don't worship anyone regularly, and certainly not any specific diety or pantheon. But as an avid reader of fantasy, I find when I want to send a wish out into the universe, my mind directs it to a relevant diety from fiction. I recently asked Taja (from A Chorus of Dragons by Jenn Lyons) for luck, and thanked Kypiroth (from the Tortal books by Tamora Pierce) for being queer. And of course the God of Balance that my DnD party's cleric (played by a friend) worships gets entirely too much airtime in my life, mostly as a "He would (dis)approve." when I spot something particularly symmetrical/asymmetrical.
