First time I went on gear I thought I would just eat my normal diet and just get leaner but instead I ate way more and got bigger while getting leaner at the same time. I’ve been on hunger strikes and not felt nearly as ravenous as I did the couple days I tried to eat my normal maintenance calories while on gear.
