Idk the biology behind it but it feels like a cheat code. Say you eat 3 800 calorie meals a day that's maintenance, if you skip breakfast you cut 33% of your intake instantly for a 800 calorie deficit. Only effect is some hunger pangs for a few hours that you stop getting after doing it long enough anyway
