Sometimes I wonder if I should just bulkmaxx after losing 250+ lbs in my early twenties. I have loose skin in my stomach and groin and don't really want to spend a month or two in Thailand or SK recovering from plastic surgery to correct it, in the US it would be five figures which is enough to give me pause.
My wife is neutral on the subject and I believe she's genuinely attracted to me but my self esteem may never recover fully from the permanent damage done. It's a real bummer.
