Now, I'm a healthy weight, but not exactly feeling good about it. I've had men call me "thick", I've stopped receiving any of the compliments I used to get, and honestly, I feel too big. Even though I know I'm a normal, healthy weight and I still look good, I genuinely feel awful about my weight.
Then lose weight? Why do people think gaslamping themselves into accepting lies is easier than cutting out calories? It is much easier to just eat less than to completely change your personality and your beliefs about the world.
