Same. I sometimes get diet soda (diet Dr Pepper Strawberry Creme master race) but dat sweetness get me hankering for more sweetness which leads me to make sinful decisions

Tea chads rise up. My brother usually gets me fancy teas for christmas which I enjoy, but this year he got me loose leaf teas. They're good, but dealing with the infuser is 100% bullshit. Literally the "I only listen to vinyl" of the tea world. Frick loose leaf.
Our obesity rate would probably drop by at least a third, maybe more, if the fatties just stopped drinking soda. That's it. They could shove the same family sized meals down their fat throats and still lose weight.
Eh, maybe. Calorie-wise, sure, but there's reason to believe that the sweet flavour itself causes cravings and overeating. If you have self-control though, yeah.
