The only thing I can think of is that this person believes the post-surgery neovagina 'evolves' after surgery, which isn't real. It heals, but it doesn't evolve. trans women who get bottom surgery have to stay thin and flexible enough to dilate and clean the neovagina for life. If they cannot dilate it, very horrible infections can occur and it will close.
