Fat or not, why would you ever even try that? It's gotta take more muscular exertion to shift the ladder in that way than simply stepping down 4 steps, pull ladder, step up 4 steps. I mean yeah yeah she's 300 lbs and that's a lot of weight to lift to walk up/down the ladder but it's also a lot of weight to shake around enough to shift it.
