There is a massive problem in America, and it involves eating yourself to the size of several people.

It's such a problem that there are popular pages dedicated to seeing if people can fit on theme park rides.
Stop this. Stop normalizing this. The whole "healthy at any size"… pic.twitter.com/uioGt5Ee6I

Yeah calories can't enter your body without consent. Don't know what these people are up to.

The food is partly to blame. There's something about our processed slop that causes people to over eat. It's seen in lab rats too, they'll stop eating when sated on normal food but will not with processed slop.

Processed is designed to do that as well, overeating is a desired effect and I don't think it's fafetched to suggest that with the power of the scientific method, it's not hard to create a combination of additives that can rewire the brain to buy more

I would like to see one fat butt say that they're fat because they have a hard time not over eating and giving in to certain foods. I get somethings are hard to not over do, and food is a tough one because you can't just not eat, but fatties (especially women) seem to be the only who blame everything but their own choices. The food might be hard to resist, but you're still the one eating it.

I'm not trying to remove blame from fatties, they should be smarter than lab rats and be able to control their eating habits. I'm just pointing out that there's something funky with modern processed slop and its effects on overeating that are seen beyond humans.

A lot of people confuse thirst with hunger and eat when they should drink

I agree with you. I was just saying I'd like to hear a fat saying that they find it hard to resist the food instead of blaming the food itself. I had a couple beers with breakfast so I'm probably not coming across the best.

Im fat cause i have a hard time not overeating. And i like shitty food. Ramen noodles and frozen pizza
I think a big part of it is a lack of organization. It makes moderation difficult. I can manage really extreme restrictive diets for a while as long as im able to create a routine around it, but if anything disrupts the routine, i go back to the old patterns

I mean, if the food causes you to not notice that you're full or something, yes?
I'm sure many fatties would still over eat regular, non processed foods though.

The thing is they don't need to eat the processed stuff.

all you gotta do is eat until you aren't hungry, not until you feel like yer gonna explode. then you don't get fat to the point you have to demand the entire world change so you can fit in seats.

This is America, they can eat as much as they want. But we certainly shouldn't change anything to accommodate the morbidly obese.
