I almost certainly consumed more calories than this yesterday evening out at dinner when I had hot smoked salmon rilette with maple chicory, lime emulsion and fennel ceviche served on crostini. Lobster and black truffle risotto with spider crab dumpling and lobster oil drizzle. And Tunisian orange cake with mango sorbet and strawberry crumb. Accompanied by a glass of Riesling.
