For reference, 145 pounds is a BMI of ~25 at 5'4", which coincidentally is the average American woman height, which means they'd be overweight clinically if they were any shorter at the same weight. Obesity begins at 4'10". This also ignores that people can look overweight at a BMI of 25 even if it's on the cusp of "normal" weight clinically (see skinnyfats). This also also ignores that they lied about their weight and height in the first place to minimize their fat situation.

It is not them who is delusional and insane.

The average American woman also performs little to no exercise and thus has very low muscle mass, so even at a BMI of 25 she has a lot of excess fat.

BMI is already too generous for people under 5'8, that's why the New BMI is a more realistic assessment of healthiness
