There's also a small percentage of people for whom exercise does little or nothing, simply due to their DNA (even if they never get covid). :-(

I find this incredibly hard to believe unless you have a rare inherited muscle wasting disease like a muscular dystrophy or SMA. I'd love to know wtf she is talking about.

This sounds exactly what so, so many people with invisible illnesses like CFS/ME/Fibromyalgia and other afflictions, have been saying for decades.

I truly feel for those afflicted, and I do hope that this will eventually help fund and spread awareness towards cures that could help people suffering from chronic illness and pain.
