Klenny diet progress update - down to 192, first new low since November. 160 or die trying! EDIT: Four pounds in eight days!

So the lowest I got four months ago when I was being really disciplined about my diet was 193 and then I went up and stayed up for four months but I'm finally getting disciplined about my diet again (all credit to God) and managed to burn off all the weight I've gained and finally set a new low today so I wanted to celebrate that.

Also I am officially updating my goal weight from 180 to 160 because why have a goal weight that's still an overweight BMI? Why come all this way and not get to normal?

Edit: my last thread where I hit 196 was 8 days ago so that's 4 pounds in 8 days!

I recommend the app "Happy Scale" to keep track of progress if you don't have anything. Was super helpful when I lost weight three years ago, I still use it today to keep track of my weight.

Just put it in an excel spreadsheet like a real neurodivergent. Then you can easily make graphs out of it!

I write my weight down every day on my calendar lol, it's incredibly basic but it works for me (plus it's easy to record another weigh in if I think I've gone down during the day)
