I get angry when I read posts on Reddit, for example, asking how obese people can eat so much. Some of us eat very little, but you're not ready to hear that, I guess.
To be fair they aren't wrong, a lot of obese people eat a normal amount, they just drink an excess amount of Starbucks/Soda and don't consider that it adds up to so many calories
Unironically I think living in a mid size Euro city is the only thing keeping a muffin top off my body, I walk as my form of transport to 90% of things I do

Also they genuinely just don't fricking exercise
like a regular person will at least go on a walk every so often even if they don't have an active lifestyle, but these people are completely sedentary

Nobody exercised in the 50s and 60s and people were a lot thinner than they are now. It's totally the food/sugarwater.

Sure, but sodas used to be 8oz and people weren't chugging them all day long. We took what used to be occasional treats and made them mainstays.
