The only way to be a fat vegan is by slopmaxxing

!goyslopenjoyers what's the verdict on vegan slop?

imo microwave burritos get a pass but beyond meat burgs do not

i hate all the soy fake meat shaped stuff but a bean or mushroom or whatever burger kinda slaps. textured vegetable protein is also genuinely good mixed half and half with ground beef for poorcels (gotta rehydrate it with beef broth tho) but jesus christ the farts. its not even the amount of fibre there's just something in processed soy that destroys some ppl

i like those vegan amys burritos enough that i now do a variation of this copycat recipe https://old.reddit.com/r/veganrecipes/comments/c6crsu/copycat_amys_bean_and_rice_burrito/es7sn5a/?context=8#thing_t1_es7sn5a when i want boreto but i add the goya coriander annatto and like 1cup+ of cheese instead of the nutritional yeast

Fat vegans just eat loads of Oreos. They're vegan and therefore healthy. :marseychonkerbutch:

A lot of vegan chow is hyper processed slop full of chemicals and bullshit.

A balanced diet of non processed veg and meat shits all over any veganoid diet. When your food spectrum covers most bases, you will get full nutrition. Vegan slop still has HDLs and has a lack of full nutrition, vegans have to use supplements to get the nutrition spectrum of vitamins and minerals.

Vegan slop is bad.

Beyond/impossible products are better than other "meat substitutes", but are way too expensive for regular consumption.

IMO the premier vegslop is taco bell - I will occasionally order 6 bean & rice burritos for $14 and eat them for like 3-4 meals.

I don't remember exactly but it had portabello and walnut. The ones I made at home were okay but the really good ones were made at the weird vegan cafe/cooperatives

Not him, but I would start trying stuff with duxelles. Probably need some binding thing for a proper patty.

I mean it is literally made of dew drops from grass grown above 2500ft so that checks out
