I'm still like proud of her though? Like she went from horrifying too look at and unable to live by herself or to 50 to just horrifying to look at.

I mean she has probably damaged her heart muscles and bones/body irreparably by being so fat for so long. Even if she lives a long life maintaining the weight loss she will be in pain forever

Oh yeah, she's not making it to 80 or anything, but you can't deny how this is an objective improvement to her life compared to just staying 700lbs

As rough as she looks currently, I wouldn't make fun of her for it, she's done a lot to change from how bad it used to be and unironically good for her. I hope she loses the last ~150 lbs and gets surgery to touch up any excess loose skin remaining.
