I commented that my PCOS has been a lot better since I lost weight and one user told me how sad they were that I felt pressured to lose weight and then implied I had an eating disorder.

I was shocked by the response but checked the comment history and saw the user was a fat activist who attacked anyone who mentioned weight loss in this sub.
