In n out is super cheap so it's on a different playing field to 5 guys. It's easily the best borgar at the price point with good quality, get it animal style for the patties grilled in mustard and with grilled onions as well

In n out patties are smaller. A lot of people hate their fries but I think they're great. And at their price point (~comparable to other fast food chains) it's a great value.

In n out is nice for the convenience, you can squeeze it in before work or before going out and such, but 5 guys last longer if they take turns, and are more satisfying for you if youre into that sort of thing.
