I'm a type 2 diabetic, and my glucose levels got SO MUCH more stable when I stopped my IF experiment (which I was doing on my doctor's advice in the first place). People in the IF world love to say that it is virtually a cure for diabetes, but it made my symptoms much worse. I'd be all about MF covering it.
If you kept at it a little longer than maybe your type 2 wouldn't be such an issue
It's crazy how people think there is something special about IF that makes you lose weight when it's literally just cutting calories and starving yourself lmao. I would be super interested in an episode diving into the research and stats.
Cutting calories does make you lose weight though, also hungry and starving are two different things to none obese people.
And if you dare be the voice of reason to these people, you will be attacked. This and an anti diet sub have been the only safe places I've found on Reddit. I was always under the impression that IF had some sort of magical power b/c people always say they eat whatever they want but it turns out it's just the calorie deficit created by eating in a certain window that makes them lose weight. I'm sure it works for some and I'm happy for them but I can see how it can also become very disordered.
Go to weight loss subreddit and preach about pseudoscience to people, and get mad when they call you out on it.

I saw a fatty complain that not eating for eight hours means you starve yourself, which shows how horrible IF is.
Most people manage to do that just by sleeping, it shouldn't even count as IF

You're actually eunuchs, not "transexuals." You can not transcend your s*x or alter it in any way, it is inherent, even for individuals who are born genetically or physically deformed and termed intersex. This "artificial third s*x" acts as a buffer for those with actual power, a clown to hide who holds the crown. For the eunuchs themselves, they trade their loyalty to the biological and organic structures of life, such as family, for political ones, sometimes this is termed "Bioleninism." This is why the USG is now so dead set on exporting its culture of eunuchry as a social issue, because its existence is simply a mark of the USG's dominance. This was true in the old East and the Ottoman empire, we see it happening now with such ridiculous figures as Dr. Richard Levine, the jew, the s*x pervert, the entity.
