Redditors explaining their special low sodium diet where you cant eat pre salted fries but can eat 1050mg of sodium in one burger can dump 3 salt packets ( 290 mg each) on their fries. Reminder a medium fry has 260 mg of salt so every soy saying they need to dump a salt packet to make it less salty is actually using more salt.
EDIT: i previously claimed a salt packet had 1000 mg of salt when in fact maccas salt packets are 290 mg each. Still my point stands that even one salt packet has more salt then the normal meal.
