this is why our country needs to come together as a nation, get congress off its collective butt, and pass some common sense fork-control legislation. There arent even any constitutional.issues to overcome, they could just earmarl that shit into an omnibus spending bill and no one would notice, like the law that says all new cars after 2025 will narc on you for boozecruising.
