Whenever I'm ill or injured and my fit lifestyle gets temporarily disrupted, I get quite depressed about it and will maybe start comfort eating for a while.

I always end up feeling fricking awful. I put on 15lbs once after a car crash injury coinciding with a stressful house move and I felt absolutely awful. Like the most heaviest disgusting blob.

People who have lost weight understand how bad carrying additional weight feels. How badly it affects your looks, your fitness, your movement. Everything is worse.

Fats who have never experienced a healthy weight have no idea what they're missing out on.
