Youth can weirdly bounce back some pretty bad shit, and then she has youth to spend while NOT fat. If she really turns it around and loses weight slowly enough, it could look decent (at least till she's getting old old). Won't be great with that BMI, but she's got a chance that other fats who get into their 20s and 30s and are fricked every which way so they don't just have weight to lose, but skin surgey, knee surgery, diabetes, blood pressure, financial frickery from binge eating, medical bills, shit career and romantic prospects. then maybe they have a passable life by 40-45? Assuming they'd ever reach that point where they acknowledge the bullshit and take responsibility of their health.

Yup, I had a female friend during HS that I fooled around with once in a while; she was seriously an 8 or 9, but she was fat as a pre-teen (didn't even know her when she was fat, only knew her as the super cool pretty girl). She wasn't even that fat, but definitely beyond just "chubby," she was legit fat. Didn't have any crazy stretch marks or weird sagging skin, but her skin was just... Flabby
As an aside, chicks like that (previously fat, then became hot) still often have that fat girl mentality, so they try to make up for percieved shortcomings by actually being interesting people
although I kinda doubt that that's the case these days with the fat acceptance stuff being so prevalent.
That was the major reason why I could overlook the weird skin, she was such a good hang
