If your doctor won't stop bringing up your weight, tell them you have a history of anorexia. It shuts them up real fast and makes them actually do their job. Learned this at a doctor's visit a little while ago for a chronic condition I have, where the only thing the doctor told me was to "lose weight." I started crying and told her I had a history of anorexia (which is true) and poof! Suddenly there was a medicine that could help! So feel free to say it, even if it isn't true. You have this recovering anorexics support.

ETA: This was at an urgent care facility, obviously if this is your PCP I would reccommend just trying to find a good one, but I also know with insurance restrictions that isn't always possible.
