From my experience, as a person who cooks for himself, eats mostly natural stuff (nothing too processed), eating right makes one want to kill oneself, the sheer amount of time, money, effort, and food quality needed for a proper life is just not achievable. So lets say that you want to try, you will end up spending a lot of money here, you will likely not have enough for a proper balance, and if you do, this diversity of food will make it so that you spend a significant portion of your day cooking, and if you find creative solutions like meal prepping, the food quality will be garbage, so at the end, you are left spending most of your money in food which you will sink too much time in, and that will end up tasting like garbage (something inherent to refrigerating meals).
