This day the hunger predictably set in. Though it doesn't really faze me as im pretty resistent to the urge at this point. I feel tired but that's probably an after effect of the 1 hour Thai massage and not the fasting. Could be a combination of both.
My weight this morning: 77.6 kilos. Thats 2 kilos less than yesterday.
BMI: 22.7. Thats minus 0.4 BMI.
Anyway tomorrow will be the last day but probably also the easiest one. Pinging @RPD in case he got anything to say. Also another opportunity to mock @dont_log_me_out complete that 24 hour fast you fat butt r-slur. Lack of willpower makes you a pathetic redditor or a w*man. EW!

Here's my experience so far!
Day 1:
73kg. Just skipped breakfast. Was a bit excited last night, so only had around 7-8 hours of sleep, less than the usual say 10 hours.
10am: Hunger rating: 2/10 (i.e. not that hungry right now).
3pm: This is easier than I expected, maybe because I'm so determined about seeing this through. Hunger rating around 3/10.
4pm: Plenty of stomach gurgles and I could really use a meal right now, but it's not overpowering or anything yet. 4/10.
8pm: Trickier now. I'd say 5/10 for difficulty.
Day 2:
Had a surprisingly good sleep last night.
7am: 72.5kg. Hunger rating 3/10
9am: Very mild sick/nausea feeling
10am: Very mild pins and needles in hands.
12pm: Very mild pins and needles still and in legs too. Hunger = 5/10. Equivalent to when you haven't eaten all day and expecting a very very tasty meal. I'm going to try to drink salt water now (containing the RDA 3 grams of salt), as I hear that can be essential when fasting.
2pm: Tingling still in hands. Also in feet now and mild headache. Hunger = 5/10. Took Magnesium and high strength Vitamin C and D3.
8pm: Tingling largely subsided. Just feel a bit queasy and light-headed. Taking multivitamins. Hopefully feel better tomorrow! Hunger = 6/10.
Day 3:
8 hours sleep. Woke up in the middle of the night feeling nauseous, light headed and a little acid reflux. Couldn't sleep for around 4 hours in the middle. Made myself some lemon squeezed water, and that helped the nausea at least.
10am - got up feeling very weak, and a bit nauseous. Not sure if I want to finish the third day. I'll take some more lemon squeezed water, and take things steady. Weight = 71.7kg! Hard to tell because nausea is affecting my appetite, but I'd say hunger rating maybe 3/10.
11am - Took a multivit, more lemon-squeezed water and also some bicarb soda to see if that helps.
1pm. Mildly better than when I got up this morning. Still feeling light-headed (no headache really). Nausea has improved though. I won't be doing a 4th day.
3pm. Hunger level: 5/10. Just five hours to go before I begin food. Nausea and weakness is very poor.
5pm. I tried to play 1 minute chess for a bit despite feeling super tired and weak, and I played fine, around as good as I normally do.
6pm. Hunger level: 6/10. Gave in and broke my fast to have a better chance of sleeping well tonight. Had an 80 gram bag of salted cashews, a couple of chocolates, an apple and multiple vitamin supplements. None of the food tasted like incredible sweet nectar as I half-expected, but just as if I was fairly hungry on an ordinary day. Already feeling better an hour later.
8pm. Feeling much better now. The nausea has practically gone, and I only a bit light-headed. Even at 7pm, there was a considerable improvement. Just feel really tired now, and a bit weak. FTR,
Day 4:
71.2kg and feeling good! BMI=21.9.

I believe the headaches from not eating are the worst part about fasting. I never tried to do a multi-day fast, but I used to often skip meals because I rarely got hungry so idgaf, the hunger was barely ever an issue, but the constant headaches and light head feeling are extremely annoying.

I'll try out all sorts of vitamin/mineral supplements next time to see if I can narrow down a solution.

I'm right in the middle of the "healthy" zone in the BMI range now. I'll try to do this often now, even if I only make it a couple of days instead of 3. Maybe I'll try it once a fortnight or so. Or maybe I'll just have one meal a day some weeks.
Thanks for inspiring me to do this originally! I had heard of it before and briefly researched it, but you motivated me to go for it!

That's nice sweaty. Why don't you have a seat in the time out corner with Pizzashill until you calm down, then you can have your Capri Sun.
