I need a group that guides obese people and keep them healthy, and maintain that style. I've been changing my eating habits and exercising now, but I'd like some support. I also haven't been obese in a whole entire decade, so this isn't much new to me, but I hate myself atm. I'm thankfully closer to overweight than morbidly obese though...
