Don’t overeat you fat fricks. If you can’t stop stuffing your face, switch to low calorie foods.
Strawberries, blueberries, air popped popcorn, and homemade protein dishes using the protein powder of your choice let you eat absurd amounts of food for drastically fewer calories.
When I cut and I hit that last month of 1200 calories while still lifting and doing cardio, I’ll eat an entire head of lettuce for 200 calories before bed. You just can’t overeat on high calorie foods if you have an entire head of lettuce in your stomach.

Also make sure to induce vomiting regularly.
