An open letter to Taco Bell from someone who lives mas often...

https://old.reddit.com/r/LivingMas/comments/w4pct0/an_open_letter_to_taco_bell_from_someone_who

You cut the menu to simplify, restructure and reduce mistakes by having less items that the workers had to focus on, yet both of my local Taco Bell restaurants have never been slower and constantly pushing the wrong orders out the window.

I love taco bell, a lot. My family and I still eat there several times a week, even with the mistakes and constantly having to go back to get items missing from our bags, but if we're still having to put up with the same issues as before the menu reduction and sometimes even worse, than at least allow me to order a darn pintos n cheese from the app instead of having me make a whole second order to get them at the window.

Also, where are my tostadas at? You literally have everything on hand to make them. I can't even use the app to replace ingredients to replicate them like I do with the seven layer burrito that you also removed from the menu but we still order them daily through the app at a lower cost than it was when it was a menu option. Don't get me wrong, saving money is great, but it takes me three minutes to save a few cents on the restructured seven layer burrito in the app and I'd rather just add the darn thing to my order instead of jumping through hoops.

None of this makes sense. Please fix it for us so we can continue to live mas.

Signed,

A somewhat unhappy yet always loyal customer

First, gross. Eating at Taco Bell more than once a quarter should be grounds for institutionalizing someone.

Second:

The TB in my area get worse the closer to the inner city you get. In the suburbs they're all great. Mall area is so-so. Downtown? forgetaboutit.

This one's so disgusting the taco jannies said no mas

I just got banned from a Taco Bell for getting too much free food

I've been using my fire rewards almost every day during my lunch break at a taco bell in a mall since it's the closest one to my job. Today as I got my nachos I was told they wouldn't make my orders anymore because I took too much free food and didn't spend enough there. It's not a big deal, I can always just go to another Taco Bell, but was just curious if anyone else has ever experienced anything like this.

Taco bell doesnt compensate the stores for having points redeemed there?

Much like the wagies can't into a fresh chalupa shell, the managers don't know how to redeem promotional purchases with the franchise.

Taco Bell is especially ridiculous because it’s very easy, much tastier, much cheaper, and even much healthier to just make the vast majority of their menu items at home.

They even sell Baja Blast in grocery stores now. There’s just no reason to go there anymore. Why scarf down that silicone/beef mixture when you can make real beef in bulk and be fat at home?

Does Baja blast have a zero calorie version? I love it but can’t bring myself to drink a liquid that has calories and zero alcohol
