All the "but I need it to work" shit is fricking stupid, I work ten hour shifts in the 90+ degree heat without eating a single thing. If you feel lightheaded just drink a energy drink, it very simple.
Honestly even two meals a day is too much for your average burger. Just eat one and stop being so whiny.
It's been 40 hour since I've last eaten anything and I still feel perfectly fine

Agreed, idk how people eat food in the morning and function. I have a 160 cal caffeinated protein shake, and Im good til noon or 1pm
