i used to buy drugs off a guy who was genuinely much fatter than this guy. i went there nearly every day for 2 or 3 years. would always hang around for a couple hours cause he was just some old country butt dude who was fun to talk to. i never saw him stand or be anywhere other than his couch. his legs from the knees down were a very deep purple. he used to brag about how he'd always go to strip clubs and all the strippers were all over him.
i haven't thought about this guy in like 15 years. god he was huge.
