Heck, I'm 6'1" - 190lbs - 14% BF. I'm not a bodybuilder. I'm considered overweight.

BMI is hot garbage pseudoscience without measurements and supplemental data.

.1 into overweight and obviously lying about the BF. BMI BTFO

I was 6'1" and 205 when I graduated high school. Played 4 sports in 3 seasons ( football, soccer, basketball, baseball) and had been in conditioning class for basically 3 straight years. I was in the best shape of my life and ridiculously skinny.

An even more obvious lie.

Not necessarily. I was a cross country runner in college and did a ton of cardio while working out in the gym. My BMI was always "overweight" even though my body fat was on the low end and my resting heart rate was in the low 30s.

In my experience it doesn't take that much extra muscle to end up on the high end of BMI, even if other metrics show that you're quite healthy.

(And no, I never used steroids, haha.)

After being called out on it, claims to have been measured at 13% BF in college.
