I had the SAME issues. We are non religious, so I did go to the school and spoke to the director about this. I was told that the school was secular during enrollment and open house! I expect religious tones to be worldly as in discussion of multicultural and different beliefs not just one. I did win that argument and they started changing the focus away from religious tones and more inclusivity.
